1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the coralpllay.com website and all related services provided by CoralPllay, including but not limited to our coastal dining experiences, offline poker lounge, Texas Hold'em tournaments, chip-based events, and VIP table bookings. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our site or facilities.

By visiting our venue, browsing our menus, reviewing tournament details, or exploring card room information, you acknowledge that CoralPllay operates exclusively as a physical Australian hospitality and offline poker venue, with chip-based Texas Hold'em at our poker tables only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking with CoralPllay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any venue rules, tournament guidelines, and policies referenced on this site.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the coralpllay.com website, attend our offline poker events, or make reservations for restaurant or card room experiences.

Additional conditions or house rules may apply to VIP reservations, private card room hire, and Texas Hold'em tournaments. In the event of any inconsistency, the most specific tournament or event rules will apply to that activity.

3. Eligibility and Conduct

Use of CoralPllay’s card room and restaurant facilities is strictly limited to individuals 18 years or older. By entering the venue, taking a seat at our poker tables, or booking a dining experience, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable Australian laws.

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully within the venue, including all dining areas, the poker lounge, private high roller rooms, and shared social spaces. This includes:

• Complying with all applicable Australian laws, regulations, and responsible entertainment guidelines
• Following CoralPllay’s card room etiquette, including instructions from floor staff, dealers, and tournament directors
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for guests and team members
• Refraining from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour at the poker tables or in restaurant areas

CoralPllay reserves the right to refuse entry, restrict access to the poker lounge, or remove any guest who fails to comply with these conduct expectations or applicable laws.

4. Offline Poker Lounge Policy

CoralPllay hosts only offline poker events and social chip play within our physical Australian venue. All Texas Hold'em tournaments, high roller tables, social poker games, and related card room activities take place exclusively in person at our premises.

Participation in poker activities requires in-person registration at the venue or through designated booking channels that confirm an offline seat or table allocation. All poker activities are chip-based. Chip buy-ins, re-entries, and add-ons reflect participation at the poker tables only and are tracked in chips.

CoralPllay does not operate any online poker platforms, remote card rooms, or app-based tables. Any representation to the contrary is incorrect and should be reported to us immediately.

5. Booking and Reservations

All table and lounge reservations must be made via our official channels, including the booking pathways accessed through this website, direct venue contact, or approved hospitality partners. Reservations may apply to restaurant seating, VIP coastal dining, private poker tables, high roller lounges, or special Texas Hold'em tournament sessions.

Reservations are subject to availability, and CoralPllay reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings at its discretion, including where:

• Operational needs or safety considerations require schedule changes
• Minimum attendance or chip buy-in thresholds are not met for a tournament
• A guest does not meet eligibility, age, or conduct requirements
• External factors, such as public health or venue maintenance, impact service delivery

Where practicable, CoralPllay will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to bookings using the contact details you provided during the reservation process.

6. Tournaments and Leaderboards

CoralPllay organises Texas Hold'em tournaments, special chip buy-in events, and leaderboard challenges in our offline poker lounge under strictly controlled rules overseen by our card room management and tournament directors.

Points, chip buy-ins, and trophy events are structured for entertainment, skill-based play, and community recognition within the venue. Chip stacks, leaderboard positions, and trophies stay in the card room as recognition of play.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on coralpllay.com, including but not limited to text, imagery, menus, tournament structures, card room descriptions, floor plans, branding elements, graphics, logos, icons, and design layouts, is the property of CoralPllay or our content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and temporarily print content from this website for personal reference when planning a restaurant visit, lounge booking, or offline poker experience. However, you may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display CoralPllay content without explicit written consent
• Use our branding, poker tables imagery, or venue photography in association with any other card room or hospitality offering
• Create derivative works or marketing materials that imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without our approval

Any unauthorised use of the CoralPllay name, card room concept, or visual assets may result in legal action and requests for immediate takedown or correction.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoralPllay aims to provide a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable coastal hospitality experience across our restaurant, poker lounge, and social spaces. Users participate in offline activities at their own risk. This includes, without limitation, participation in Texas Hold'em tournaments, high roller poker tables, chip-based events, social card games, and consumption of food and beverages within the venue.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable local legislation.

9. General Provisions

CoralPllay may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our venue operations, offline poker offerings, coastal dining services, or applicable Australian regulations. The most current version will always be available on this page.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any failure by CoralPllay to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
