1. Platform Description

CoralPlay is a free social entertainment platform. It provides browser-based interactive activities — including Memory Match and Treasure Path — for adults aged 18 and over, purely for recreational enjoyment.

• They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged
• They cannot be redeemed for prizes, goods, or any real-world benefit

4. Acceptable Use

CoralPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current

CoralPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real-money platform. The leaderboard and coin balances displayed are for entertainment purposes only and do not reflect real financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, CoralPlay Entertainment Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
